Dear Families,
Archway Trivium East will hold its very first field day
event, the Athenian Olympics, on Friday, April 8. All
scholars are encouraged to attend and participate in this fun school-wide
event. The Opening Ceremonies will begin early on Friday. Scholars
will begin the Procession of Athenian Athletes at 7:35 AM. If
possible, scholars should arrive on campus no later than 7:30 AM.
Our kindergarten and first grade scholars will engage in
"Olympic" events during the morning session, and our second through
fourth grade scholars will enjoy sport and friendship in their
"Olympic" games during the afternoon session. All scholars will
picnic together during our lunch period in the middle of the day.
Parent volunteers (fingerprint cleared) are needed for both
sessions, and if you would like to help, please contact your child's classroom
coordinator to support the Athenian Olympics or visit this link: Field Day
