I am so thrilled to be
working with your student this year! Thank you for trusting your scholar's
education to this great school and to us. I can’t wait to meet your students
and get started. We have very high expectations for your scholar and know that
they will rise to the occasion. Above all we will be learning about the virtues
and growing as great-hearted individuals!
I graduated from
University of Dallas with a degree in Elementary Education and have experience
teaching in second through fourth grade. Last year I spent as an apprentice
teacher in fourth grade at Archway Glendale. As well as knowing where we need
to go in third grade I am familiar with where your student is coming from and
will be going in the future.
Mrs. Jennifer Houlihan
has a degree in music from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee and has
spent the last 12 years homeschooling her children. She loves the wonder of
discovery that comes when children are excited about learning and her invaluable
background as a parent will bring perspective to our teaching.

Please consider buying your student a set of multiplication and division flashcards. These will stay in their backpack to be used at school and home. Math fluency is a critical part of being a successful math scholar.
